2. Purposes of data processing, legitimate bases and data storage periods

a). Inquiries and requests for information

Your data may be processed for the attention, management and satisfaction of the inquiry or request for information regarding a service that you send us through the contact form, located at the following link: http://aparcarentossa.com/es/atencion-al-publico, or through our official website e-mail : oratossa@telpark.com. These treatments find their legitimate basis in the consent that you give us through the sending of the mail in which includes your query or through the form you fill in the link above.

The personal data provided will be retained as long as necessary for the management and satisfaction of your inquiry or request for information. After this period, the data will be definitively deleted.

 b). Applications to selection processes

Your data may also be processed for the management of the selection process to which you apply, or for the offer of a job, in case you do not apply to a specific selection process, during the period of 1 year. The legitimate basis for this treatment is in the execution of pre-contractual measures, while the purpose of the selection process is the possible employment contract.

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as they are necessary for the completion of a specific selection process or for the search for a job offer, for a period of 1 year. After these periods, the data will be definitively deleted.

c). Sending commercial communications and professional opportunities to non-customers.

Provided that you have given your consent, your data will be processed for sending commercial communications about products or services of the Empark Group or third parties, related to the parking and electronic payment sectors, or for sending professional opportunities to work with us. The legitimate basis for these processing operations is the consent you have given. Your data will be processed until such time as you withdraw your consent, at which time they will be permanently deleted. You may withdraw the consent given through the channels contained in section 4 of this Policy.  

d). Processing of our customers' personal information

In case you have contracted one of our products or services, your data will be processed for the management of such products and/or services.

In addition, Dornier may process your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation incumbent upon it, including tax obligations and, where applicable, local regulations.

Dornier may contact its customers to inform them about products or services similar to those contracted and offered by Dornier that may be of interest to them. For the development of this purpose, your data will be processed to apply profiling/segmentation techniques that allow the products or services we can offer to be adjusted as much as possible to your interests and needs.  In this analysis, your demographic data may be taken into account, as well as data relating to the type of product contracted.

If the customer has given his consent, his data may also be processed to inform him about other products or services offered by the Empark Group or by third parties, related to the parking and electronic payment sectors. For the development of this purpose, your data will be processed to apply profiling/segmentation techniques that allow the products or services we can offer you to be adjusted as much as possible to your interests and needs. In this analysis, your demographic data may be taken into account, as well as data relating to the type of product contracted.

Likewise, in the event that the customer has given his/her consent, his/her personal data may be transferred to companies of the Empark Group or to third parties related to the parking and electronic payment sectors, so that they may contact you to inform you about products and services marketed by these companies.

The customer may withdraw the consent given or object to receiving commercial communications through the channels specified in section 4 of this Policy.

Customers' personal data will be kept for as long as they are necessary for the purposes described above. For those processing operations for which you have given your consent, your data will be processed until such time as you withdraw your consent. As soon as they are no longer necessary for these purposes, the data will be blocked for the period during which they may be necessary for the exercise or defense against administrative or legal actions and may only be unblocked and processed again for this reason. After this period, the data will be definitively deleted.

3. Recipients of personal data

Your personal data may be transferred to Administrations, Authorities and Public Bodies, including Courts and Tribunals, when so required by the applicable regulations.

Service providers that Dornier contracts or may contract and that have the status of data processor, as well as companies of the Empark Group, may also have access to your personal data for the sole purpose of managing the purposes described above.

Your personal data may also be transferred to companies of the Empark Group or to third party companies related to the parking and electronic payment sectors, provided that, being our customer, you have given your consent to do so.

4.  Rights of the data subject in relation to the processing of his or her personal data 

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing and data portability in the cases and with the scope established by the applicable regulations at all times.

You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to object to receiving marketing communications.

To exercise these rights, you may contact Dornier through any of the following channels:

• By mail, enclosing a photocopy of your ID card, passport or any other identification document, and a request specifying the request to Dornier, S.A., Avenida del General Perón, 36, 1st floor - RGPD Customer Service Department.

You are also informed of your right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
